DIESELPLUS Fuel Control
Cloud Based Fuel Monitoring and Control System. The Gespasa GK-7 can control up to 16 Pumps.
Advantages over older systems are
No Software to be downloaded to your PC so eliminating any disruption due to Windows Updates or changing PC`s.
After each pump supply the data is sent immediately to the dieselplus website for viewing so no downloading information at the pump or cables running back to the PC.
PIN No. for each user and FOB for each Vehicle so no more wrong Reg No`s
Vehicle mileage entry must be higher than previous entry so eliminates most wrong mileage figures.
Can integrate with most fleet tracking software to automatically import vehicle mileage. This also speeds up refuelling.
Set up user or vehicle groups eg, HGV and LVG vehicles to help with diesel rebate data.
Where more that one tank is been monitored only the relevant fuel will be released to any vehicle
Receive low tank level warning emails to prevent running out of fuel

DIESELPLUS.NET
The new generation of On-Demand software (SaaS) for fleet and supply management
It is not necessary to install any software because it is an online service.
The main DIESELPLUS.NET function is to manage vehicle supplies of vehicle fleets. Also for lubricants in a service workshop or supply depot. It can also be uses to monitor supply of water, chemical products or other type of fluids.
The control tools such as the supply list by vehicles or users allow to know the exact costs of each unit and even if there are any irregular supplies.
AUTOMATIC WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
The dispensers with GK-7Plus controller automatically communicate with the DIESELPLUS servers. This communication is automatic and instant.
MULTIUSER
The software can be used by different users at the same time. Each user will be able to access only to the areas that have been previously assigned to them.
For example, there may be a user who views the user and vehicle data, and another one who controls the fuel purchases and stock controls.
MULTISTATION
One or more users can control different dispensers, which could be placed in different geographical zones with up to 16 dispensing points at each location.
AUTOMATIC UPDATING
The user will always have the last updated program version automatically without making any type of intervention.
ADDITIONAL FIELDS
Configure the display you want: Reg Number, Work order No. Delivery note number etc. DieselPlus will create the additional fields in the data base.
ALARMS AND TASKS
Program your tasks and notifications in DieselPlus.
DieselPlus allows you to program different type of tasks such as:
Tasks and notifications by date
Tasks and notifications by kilometres (or hours)
Tasks and notifications of irregular filling and/or emptying of tanks
Configure your tank level alams.
Alarms of irregular consumption or fraudulent use of the installation so that the system sends you an email when there is any indication of an incidence.
CONTROL OF DISPENSERS
DieselPlus is compatible with the GESPASA GK-7Plus controllers that can connect to any pump or dispenser.
TANK LEVELS
It is possible to connect to DieselPlus the DOLPHIN level gauge or other compatible gauges compatible with the TANK MODEM PLUS KIT: GENIUS, Progauge, Veeder-Root, ATG, PETROLEVEL, TLC.
